4. The Price and manner of payment

5. Delivery

The Seller will deliver the vehicle on payment of the purchase price and same reflects in his/her banking account.

6. Risk, Benefit and condition

6.1 Risk and benefit will pass from the Seller to the Purchaser on delivery of the Vehicle.

6.2 The Seller guarantees that he/she has full right and title to sell the Vehicle.

6.3 The Vehicle is sold “voetstoots” and the Seller will not be liable for any defects, latent or otherwise.

6.4 The Purchaser acknowledges that he / she is purchasing a used vehicle which he / she had the opportunity to inspect and is satisfied that the vehicle is in good and working order.

7. Registration

7.1 The Purchaser will pay all costs involved in registration of the vehicle into his / her name.

7.2 The Purchaser will pay all costs involved in obtaining a roadworthy certificate.

7.3 The Seller will sign all documents, prior to delivery, required to enable the Purchaser to register the vehicle in his / her name.

8. Cancellation

Should either one of the parties breach the agreement and fail to correct the breach within 5 (Five) business days of receiving a notice to do so, the aggrieved party may proceed to cancel the agreement and are entitled to restitution (e.g. return of the vehicle in the same condition).

9. Conditional

The sale is conditional upon the Purchaser obtaining financing to purchase the Vehicle within 7 (Seven) business day from signature of this Agreement.
